  Fabulous customer service!! I can't say enough about the willingness and ability to assist. They assessed my vehicle immediately (I'm not from Three Hills) and even provided me transportation to my event. Despite not being able to fix my truck they made it so I was able to return home safely. Thanks so much!

  We called Brian at Richard Automotive and explained the issue with his radiator, half expecting some kind of grief from the other shop as you often experience in these situations. Instead, we were pleasantly surprised that Brian was very helpful, and very concerned with helping to get his customer back on the road as soon as possible. We were very impressed with his attitude, and were happy to help replace the faulty part.

  This review is coming from another shop, in Airdrie, Alberta. We recently helped a woman who broke down in our town, with a bad leak. We found her radiator leaking, and also noticed the radiator looked very new. We asked her if she'd recently had the radiator replaced, and she said yes; at Richard Automotive in Three Hills.
